On Wayfinding and Circling During These Batshit Crazy Times
Build Your own Wayfinding & Circle Facilitation Tool kit
This blog is a space for feminist, rebellious, & old soul humans who want more than Band-Aid solutions to their challenges and the challenges of our times. Here, you’ll find reflections and guidance from a Wayfinder Master Coach on navigating stress and burnout, crises and life transitions, people-pleasing tendencies, and other related topics. You’ll also find reflections and guidance from a women’s circle facilitator—offered through a trauma-informed lens—on how to facilitate impactful circles. Posts are designed to support you in reclaiming agency in every area of your life, living in glorious alignment with who you truly are, and—in the case of circling-related posts—being of deep service to your communities.
Please note that I am in the process of transferring posts from my old site over to this one, so expect this body of work to grow.

FREE: Your Guide to Navigating Change
A short, No-Frills PDF You’ll Want To Reference Often.
The Wayfinder approach to navigating change is dependent on which phase of The Change Cycle you're in. This guide offers recommendations for moving through the different phases without dysregulating your system or (detrimentally) shortcutting the process. I use it in ‘the background’ when I work with clients, and so can you as you navigate change.

Coaching & Circling Tailored to Feminists, Rebels, & Old Souls
As a feminist, rebel, and old soul, I remember feeling deeply restless when working with a $10k coach who was fixated on helping me 'win' at capitalism by borrowing from its exploitative playbook. It got so bad that I ended up quitting her container early—an expensive and painful lesson learned!
Well, I do things differently. The clients I work with already reside at a higher level of consciousness, and they want their coaching to honor that. They are not looking to 'win' at capitalism but to thrive in spite of it. To live in alignment with who they truly are. To be shown their blind spots, to have their stories challenged—sometimes boldly—but always with love, and to not be treated like there’s anything TF wrong with them because they see through ‘The Dream.’ This is our work.
