A note that I’m rebuilding my body of work…

This blog is a space for feminists, witches, and anti-capitalists who want more than Band-Aid solutions to their challenges and the challenges of our times. Here, you’ll find reflections and guidance from me on navigating this unprecedented fuckery from the lens of a Wayfinder Master Coach, (recovering) student of economics, and activist with street creds. You’ll also find reflections and guidance from a women’s circle facilitator—offered through a trauma-informed lens—on how to facilitate impactful circles. Posts are designed to support you in reclaiming agency in every area of your life, living in glorious alignment with who you truly are (while lovingly flipping exploitative systems the bird), and—in the case of circling-related posts—being of deep service to your communities.

FREE: Your Guide to Navigating Change

A short, No-Frills PDF

The Wayfinder approach to navigating change is dependent on which phase of The Change Cycle you're in. This guide offers recommendations for moving through the different phases without dysregulating your system or (detrimentally) shortcutting the process. I use it in ‘the background’ when I work with clients, and so can you as you navigate change.

hi! My name’s Kristi.

Wayfinding for Women Who've Had Enough

I’m a feminist and anti-capitalist who once—during a moment of weakness—paid a coach five figures in exchange for her coaching me to become so ‘magnetic’ that clients would flock to me and sign up for expensive coaching engagements. Unfortunately, her approach borrowed heavily from capitalism’s playbook and left me feeling so sickened and out of integrity that I quit her container early. A painful lesson learned.

I do things differently. The women I work with already reside at a higher level of consciousness and want their coaching Wayfinding to honor that. They aren’t here to 'win' at capitalism but to live life gloriously (however they define it!) on their own terms. To live in alignment with who they truly are. To stand in their power and reject the gaslit ‘American Dream.’ To take up radical space where it isn’t always welcomed. To liberate righteous anger while staying rooted in fierce love. To create. To remember. To be the change.

This is what Wayfinding looks like.
