Credentials & Certifications:
If You’re a Feminist, Rebel, or Old Soul Who’s Exhausted, by Capitalism and the Patriarchy…
this is your space to Regroup, to breathe.
There may be a number of reasons why you're here, but most likely, you feel stuck in a life that no longer resonates (or maybe never resonated). Maybe you're navigating a midlife or existential crisis. Maybe you are searching for your ever-elusive purpose. Or maybe you're just burnt TF out from the exploitative and constant-crisis nature of our times. Regardless, know that if you feel drawn to what you're reading here—even if your situation falls outside of those I've described—I encourage you to explore the ways I might be of service to you.
1:1 COACHING
1:1 Coaching is designed for feminist, rebellious, and old soul humans who long to create more fulfilling lives, where they get to show up unapologetically as who they truly are. It’s designed for those navigating changes and crises. And it’s especially designed for the ‘square pegs’ who have had it trying to force themselves into our system’s ‘round holes.’
SISTER CIRCLES
The magic of circling is hard to define. So here’s some love from a sister: "The community of women I found through this circle has helped me feel witnessed and safely held. I have felt my self-esteem grow after each circle. I feel more me than ever. Kristi is not only a wonderful facilitator, shie is a delightful, beautiful and totally badass human." —Madi R.

The Pillars that Underly my Coaching Approach
MY APPROACH
01 | Inner GPS
Learn to recognize how your inner GPS communicates through your body and use this insight to inform your decisions.
02 | Deep Integrity
Ensure your actions, choices, and thoughts align with what feels most freeing and true to your deepest self.
03 | Turtle Steps
Embrace small, low-resistance steps that compound over time, creating sustained momentum towards your greater vision.
04 | Nourishing Rituals
Establish supportive rituals, spend time in nature, foster deeper community, and engage in practices that fill your cup.
I’m passionate about YOU living in integrity with who you truly are, beneath the layers of conditioning that have been assaulting you since the day you were born. The conditioning to conform, to do what family, culture, and oppressive systems expect. To pursue “The [Capitalist’s] Dream” at the expense of your own wellbeing and—quite possibly, at times—your sanity.
Why am I so passionate about YOU living in integrity with your truth, your North Star? Because when you do, you’re bound to radiate deep inner freedom, peace, and purpose…and you’ll inspire others to do the same…and it’s these ripple effects that are going to transform our world.

YOUR NEXT STEPS
-
The process is simple:
Complete my inquiry form, OR
Record a 5-minute Loom video, OR
Send me an email
-
If I believe that you would be a good fit for Wayfinder Coaching, I’ll email you an invitation to book a complimentary (zero-pressure) coaching conversation with you.
-
This call is all about giving you the experience of working with me in a coaching capacity. That’s way more powerful than a so-called 20-minute discovery call, don’t you think?!
Near the end of our call (and if all goes well), we’ll explore the logistics of working together. You will not be asked to put down a deposit, ‘overcome any objections,’ or otherwise commit to anything during our conversation, so you can show up without worrying that I’m going to employ any sort of manipulative or high-pressure sales tactics (#gross).I
If I truly believe that you’re a great candidate for Wayfinder Coaching and my own inner GPS tells me that our energies are a good fit, I’ll send you an invitation via email to work with me.
Should you decide to accept my invitation, you’ll click a link, sign an agreement, and pay a deposit. Then, we’ll start coaching! Simple.
FREE: Your Guide to Navigating Change
A Short, No-Frills Guide You’ll Want To Reference Often.
The Wayfinder approach to navigating change is dependent on which phase of The Change Cycle you're in. This guide offers recommendations for moving through the different phases without dysregulating your system or (detrimentally) shortcutting the process. I use it in ‘the background’ when I work with clients, and so can you as you navigate change.

Before I enroll in any prospective client, I want them to have had at least one—maybe two—coaching conversations with me so that they have experienced what our work together might look like. These conversations may come through my own invitation to have a complimentary conversation, or they may come from signing up for one-off paid sessions.
If you’ve already had a coaching experience with me, your inner GPS can help you determine whether working with me at this point in time is aligned. [If you would like my help accessing it, just let me know.] But basically, what we’re looking for is whether enrolling at this point in time feels constrictive or expansive. The ‘this point in time’ part is important, as maybe I’m the right fit but maybe it would create too great of a financial burden right now. A related consideration is whether you feel alive with the energy of possibility as a result of the coaching experience you had with me vs feeling uncertain or lethargic about the prospect of this stuff ‘actually working.’ In the end, it’s about listening to and honoring what your gut is telling you.
So what happens if it turns out that I’m not the right fit for you after you’ve signed an agreement and made a deposit for six months of coaching. Will I hold you to it?
The short answer is that 1:1 coaching is intended to help you create a life that liberates—not shackles—you. Though it’s never happened, if it becomes clear to either of us that our coach-client relationship isn’t working or that coaching isn’t in service to you, I will terminate our agreement at the end of our current billing cycle.

During our first session, we’re going to get crystal clear on what you want to walk away from our coaching container with, and we’re going to make sure that it is in integrity with who you truly are. This might be something outwardly grand, like preparing to climb Mt. Everest. Or it may be something inwardly grand, like getting unstuck from the career rut you’ve been in for the past decade.
Depending on where you’re at, we may do some visualization work, or I may invite you to complete an assignment to help us gain this clarity. Whatever happens, it’s in service to us getting clear. You wouldn’t want to begin a road trip without some sense of where you want to go, and it’s the same with coaching.

Yes! Most of my coaching happens in a Zoom room.
However, I do love coaching over the phone, which is more intimate and can allow us to be outside in nature—my favorite place to coach!—or in another room that’s more comfortable than your office.
Note that I do occasionally coach local clients outdoors in the forest preserve near my home. This may be an option after our first session, should you be interested.
-
That is entirely dependent on you, what you’re after, and where you’re at in The Change Cycle.
Under most circumstances, you can expect to be able to begin accessing your inner GPS during our first session (though it takes time to get comfortable using it to inform your life).
You are also bound to receive clarity or insights—aha! moments—during most (and probably all) of our sessions. These insights will help you to get unstuck, work through challenges, gain clarity, etc. so that you can move forward. What you do with these insights will have a huge impact on the progress you experience.
I like to work with clients in longer-term containers because this work isn’t a sprint—it’s a marathon. But by the end of our container, your life and how you show up in the world will be transformed…if you remain open and willing to apply this work to your day-to-day.

At the highest level, I help clients solve problems. Not by sharing my expertise—I’m neither a mentor nor a consultant—but by helping YOU access your own innate wisdom.
Part of what I do is to help you uncover your blindspots, which prevent you from seeing a path forward. I also share my observations about what I see holding you back and help you—if you’re willing—work through them.
But basically, I’ll ask you questions that are designed to encourage insights. Sometimes we’ll play around with tools and visualizations and other fun things when appropriate.
And—most important—I’ll help you identify a path for moving forward. In the Wayfinder tradition, we do this via turtle steps.
-
Perhaps that the most significant difference between Wayfinder Coaching (aka Wayfinding) and other coaching approaches is that Wayfinding is focused on the client living in integrity with their true nature or—as my mentor Martha Beck calls it—their Essential Self. It’s an incredibly powerful approach to coaching!
So how do we know whether something is aligned? Well, our bodies are fantastic pieces of navigational equipment, and so we rely on them to guide us. Some clients can readily perceive physical shifts in sensations when something’s in/out of integrity for them, while others may rely on energetic tools like The Sway.
Beyond using the body as a compass, my approach is always in perpetual creative response to whatever is unfolding with my client. I don’t use frameworks, but I do have a hefty toolbox I’ll draw from when needed. For example, recognizing the thoughts and stories you replay in your mind that keep you playing small and challenging them through a process known as The Work. That’s just one of many tools I love to use! Metaphor, visualization, and a systems approach are a few others.
-
No! If you vibe enough with what you’ve encountered on my site to want to work with me, I encourage you to submit an inquiry. While the bulk of my clients use she/her pronouns, I’ve worked with some beautiful humans who’ve used he/him and they/them pronouns…and I’ve been repeatedly told that the space I hold for them is safe and allows them to be vulnerable with me.

Unless you have a strong preference for paying in full upfront—and maybe you do because you believe it will help hold you accountable to yourself—you will make monthly payments. I don’t offer any incentives for paying in full, as these penalize those who .
You will make your first payment upon accepting my invitation to enter into a coach-client relationship, and you will be set up on an autopay monthly payment for the duration of our agreement.
