For the Human Who Looks Like They Have it All Together…But Who Feels Restless and Stuck on the Inside
There may 20 reasons why you're here, but most likely, you feel stuck in a life that no longer resonates. Maybe you're navigating a midlife or existential crisis. Maybe you're searching for your ever-elusive purpose. Or maybe you're just burnt TF out from the exploitative and constant-crisis nature of our times.
You're not alone. The pursuits that (sorta) made our parents happy—and that have been force fed to us since we were little as being THE path to happiness—have become the trappings of a life that leaves us feeling restless and caged. But friend, I've got an escape route and compass…if you’re game.
My philosophy
You Must Live in Integrity with Your
Soul to Create a Truly Thriving Life.
As a Wayfinder Coach, my philosophy is simple: if you choose to live in integrity with who you truly are, your life will be completely transformed into something far more glorious than it is right now. And this is something I'm deeply passionate about.
I’m passionate about YOU living in integrity with who you truly are, beneath the layers of conditioning that have been assaulting you since you were a child.
The conditioning to conform, to do what family, culture, and oppressive systems expect. To pursue 'The Dream' at the expense of your own wellbeing and—quite possibly—your sanity. To never let your hair down (unless, of course, it’s a performative gesture). To play the game and always(!!) be a good consumer.
Why am I so passionate about YOU living in integrity with who you truly are? Because when you do, you’ll radiate deep freedom, peace, and sense of purpose…and you’ll inspire others to do the same. And my friend, it’s the ripple effects of YOUR transformation that are going to transform our world.
What You Can Expect
MY SPECIALTIES
As a Wayfinder Master Coach, I am trained (and have the lived experience) to help clients with anything they bring to coaching (yes, this includes business, career, and relationship issues, etc.). That being said, the following areas reflect themes that my clients frequently contend with that I absolutely love Wayfinding around.
01 | Periods of Crisis
Navigating a crisis of any variety—a midlife crisis, existential crisis, late-stage capitalism or climate change-induced crisis—is deeply liminal and disorienting. Grief may be involved. Clients who come to me while navigating crises are seeking refuge, relief, and reinvention. During moments of crisis, our impulse is to push through them as quickly as possible (or deny them outright), but Wayfinder Coaching invites us to lean into them—to be fully present to and willing to learn from them—so that we don’t find ourselves in a similar situation later on.
02 | Life Transitions
Transitions like divorce, retirement, or a move can upend life as you know it. They are also opportunities to move into greater integrity with your true nature…and to maybe even reinvent yourself. In this way, they are similar to #1 (Periods of Crisis)…and they may have started off that way. But Life Transitions are more about learning who you are, honoring where you’ve been, and becoming the most glorious version of YOU as you step into the next era of your life.
03 | People-Pleasing
Making decisions based on their palatability to others keeps you from experiencing the peace, fulfillment, and freedom that come from living in integrity with who you are. So does playing small, dimming your light, and diminishing your needs. Friend, the world NEEDS you to take up space, share your gifts, and know deep in your bones that your are a magnificent creature who’s worthy of your heart’s truest desires. When you Wayfind—when you begin living in integrity with who you truly are—your people-pleasing tendencies will tend melt away.

What’s truly possible when you wayfind
Imagine Waking up Each
Morning Feeling Inspired,
Free, & Deliciously Alive
You begin your day with intention.
As you curl up with a mug of tea and your journal, you take a moment to honor yourself for prioritizing this sacred morning ritual—a ritual that leaves you feeling clear, calm, and open to whatever the day may bring. You navigate your day with purpose and intention, grounded and grateful, even amidst these existentially tumultuous times.
You end your day with tomorrow in mind.
As the day winds down, your evening ritual prepares you for a night of untroubled sleep, creating a nourishing cycle of rest and renewal. This is what becomes possible when you partner with your inner guide, live in alignment with your true nature, and cultivate supportive rituals that nourish your greater vision.
You create a life that nourishes and supports you.
You do this, despite these existentially challenging, late-stage capitalist times. [Because let’s face it—feeling stressed and anxious about them isn’t doing anyone a damned bit of good. But prioritizing your physical and spiritual wellbeing DOES leave you more capable of showing up in ways that do!]
This becomes possible with Wayfinder Coaching.

Meet your coach.
Meet your coach.
hi! My name’s Kristi.
Coaching & Circling Tailored to Feminists, Rebels, & Old Souls
As a feminist, rebel, and old soul, I remember feeling deeply restless when working with a $10k coach who was fixated on helping me 'win' at capitalism by borrowing from its exploitative playbook. It got so bad that I ended up quitting her container early—an expensive and painful lesson learned!
Well, I do things differently. The clients I work with already reside at a higher level of consciousness, and they want their coaching to honor that. They are not looking to 'win' at capitalism but to thrive in spite of it. To live in alignment with who they truly are. To be shown their blind spots, to have their stories challenged—sometimes boldly—but always with love, and to not be treated like there’s anything TF wrong with them because they see through ‘The Dream.’ This is our work.
YOUR NEXT STEP
If You’d Like To Work With Me, Please submit an inquiry.
The process begins with you answering a few questions or sending a Loom video..and we'll go from there. If I feel that you would be a good fit for Wayfinder Coaching, I’ll invite you to book a complimentary coaching conversation with me.

Before I enroll in any prospective client, I want them to have had at least one—maybe two—coaching conversations with me so that they have experienced what our work together might look like. These conversations may come through my own invitation to have a complimentary conversation, or they may come from signing up for one-off paid sessions.
If you’ve already had a coaching experience with me, your inner GPS can help you determine whether working with me at this point in time is aligned. [If you would like my help accessing it, just let me know.] But basically, what we’re looking for is whether enrolling at this point in time feels constrictive or expansive. The ‘this point in time’ part is important, as maybe I’m the right fit but maybe it would create too great of a financial burden right now. A related consideration is whether you feel alive with the energy of possibility as a result of the coaching experience you had with me vs feeling uncertain or lethargic about the prospect of this stuff ‘actually working.’ In the end, it’s about listening to and honoring what your gut is telling you.
So what happens if it turns out that I’m not the right fit for you after you’ve signed an agreement and made a deposit for six months of coaching. Will I hold you to it?
The short answer is that 1:1 coaching is intended to help you create a life that liberates—not shackles—you. Though it’s never happened, if it becomes clear to either of us that our coach-client relationship isn’t working or that coaching isn’t in service to you, I will terminate our agreement at the end of our current billing cycle.
-
During our first session, we’re going to get crystal clear on what you want to walk away from our coaching container with, and we’re going to make sure that it is in integrity with who you truly are. This might be something outwardly grand, like preparing to climb Mt. Everest. Or it may be something inwardly grand, like getting unstuck from the career rut you’ve been in for the past decade.
Depending on where you’re at, we may do some visualization work, or I may invite you to complete an assignment to help us gain this clarity. Whatever happens, it’s in service to us getting clear. You wouldn’t want to begin a road trip without some sense of where you want to go, and it’s the same with coaching.
-
Yes! Most of my coaching happens in a Zoom room.
However, I do love coaching over the phone, which is more intimate and can allow us to be outside in nature—my favorite place to coach!—or in another room that’s more comfortable than your office.
Note that I do occasionally coach local clients outdoors in the forest preserve near my home. This may be an option after our first session, should you be interested.
-
That is entirely dependent on you, what you’re after, and where you’re at in The Change Cycle.
Under most circumstances, you can expect to be able to begin accessing your inner GPS during our first session (though it takes time to get comfortable using it to inform your life).
You are also bound to receive clarity or insights—aha! moments—during most (and probably all) of our sessions. These insights will help you to get unstuck, work through challenges, gain clarity, etc. so that you can move forward. What you do with these insights will have a huge impact on the progress you experience.
I like to work with clients in longer-term containers because this work isn’t a sprint—it’s a marathon. But by the end of our container, your life and how you show up in the world will be transformed…if you remain open and willing to apply this work to your day-to-day.
-
At the highest level, I help clients solve problems. Not by sharing my expertise—I’m neither a mentor nor a consultant—but by helping YOU access your own innate wisdom.
Part of what I do is to help you uncover your blindspots, which prevent you from seeing a path forward. I also share my observations about what I see holding you back and help you—if you’re willing—work through them.
But basically, I’ll ask you questions that are designed to encourage insights. Sometimes we’ll play around with tools and visualizations and other fun things when appropriate.
And—most important—I’ll help you identify a path for moving forward. In the Wayfinder tradition, we do this via turtle steps.
-
Perhaps that the most significant difference between Wayfinder Coaching (aka Wayfinding) and other coaching approaches is that Wayfinding is focused on the client living in integrity with their true nature or—as my mentor Martha Beck calls it—their Essential Self. It’s an incredibly powerful approach to coaching!
So how do we know whether something is aligned? Well, our bodies are fantastic pieces of navigational equipment, and so we rely on them to guide us. Some clients can readily perceive physical shifts in sensations when something’s in/out of integrity for them, while others may rely on energetic tools like The Sway.
Beyond using the body as a compass, my approach is always in perpetual creative response to whatever is unfolding with my client. I don’t use frameworks, but I do have a hefty toolbox I’ll draw from when needed. For example, recognizing the thoughts and stories you replay in your mind that keep you playing small and challenging them through a process known as The Work. That’s just one of many tools I love to use! Metaphor, visualization, and a systems approach are a few others.
-
No! If you vibe enough with what you’ve encountered on my site to want to work with me, I encourage you to submit an inquiry. While the bulk of my clients use she/her pronouns, I’ve worked with some beautiful humans who’ve used he/him and they/them pronouns…and I’ve been repeatedly told that the space I hold for them is safe and allows them to be vulnerable with me.
-
Unless you have a strong preference for paying in full upfront—and maybe you do because you believe it will help hold you accountable to yourself—you will make monthly payments. I don’t offer any incentives for paying in full, as these penalize those who .
You will make your first payment upon accepting my invitation to enter into a coach-client relationship, and you will be set up on an autopay monthly payment for the duration of our agreement.
FREE: Your Guide To Navigating Change
A Short, No-Frills Guide You’ll Want To Reference Often.
The Wayfinder approach to navigating change is dependent on which phase of The Change Cycle you're in. This guide offers recommendations for moving through the different phases without dysregulating your system or (detrimentally) shortcutting the process. I use it in ‘the background’ when I work with clients, and so can you as you navigate change.
